Health Management

Mental Health Services are provided to children and adolescents within the community as well as those who are on probation or Dependents of the Court.
Services include:

Assessment – All clients receive a comprehensive psycho-social evaluation to assess mental and emotional needs, measure mental status and assess the need for services. Individualized treatment plans are developed based on the medical necessity, diagnosis, symptoms and the client’s desired results.

Individual, Family and Group Counseling – These services are provided to clients to decrease the disabling symptoms of mental illness, maximize the level of self-understanding, resolve individual and family related issues and increase the client’s overall level of functioning.

Collateral Services – Services provided to significant support person(s) involved in the client’s life which are designed to assist in meeting the client/family’s desired outcomes and goals.
