Kathy Hughes, M.A., L.M.F.T.
President/Chief Executive Officer
Kathy Hughes, M.A., M.F.T., began her highly successful career with ChildNet Youth and Family Services in 1986. Prior to being named President/Chief Executive Officer in 2011, she served as case manager (1986), clinician (1990), treatment director (1992) and program director (1997) for the Long Beach Youth Home, formerly a division of ChildNet. She began her climb up the corporate ladder in 1998 as Special Projects Director. In 2000, she was promoted to Vice President of Community-based Services, followed by a promotion to Chief Operations Officer in 2009. She provided oversight of all ChildNet programs including Behavioral Health Services, Zinsmeyer Academy, Foster Care, Adoptions and Wraparound/Family Support Services. After beginning her ChildNet employment in an entry level position 27 years ago, she is now honored to provide ultimate oversight of the organization as the President/Chief Executive Officer as of April 2011. During her tenure with ChildNet, Ms. Hughes has been an integral part of the growth and expansion of the organization. She possesses excellent leadership skills and has been instrumental in policy development and program implementation. Ms. Hughes earned a B.A. in Psychology (1983) and an M.A. in Clinical Community Psychology (1985) both from CSU Dominguez Hills. She holds a Marriage, Family Therapist (M.F.T.) license.

Allan Greenberg, M.B.A., C.P.A.
Deputy Executive Officer/Chief Financial Officer
Allan Greenberg, M.B.A., C.P.A., joined ChildNet Youth and Family Services in 1995. He began his career in public accounting and prior to coming to ChildNet, worked for 10 years as a CFO in the health care industry for both medical and psychiatric acute hospitals. Mr. Greenberg has more than 28 years of financial management experience as a CFO for both for-profit and nonprofit organizations and maintains the highest level of integrity in both his professional and personal life. In addition, he has extensive experience managing the complexities of nonprofit organizations including negotiating government contracts and understanding reimbursement methodologies. He also has a vast amount of experience working with nonprofit boards and is particularly adept at collaboration with the Finance, Investment and Audit Committees. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Mr. Greenberg earned a B.S. degree from Penn State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Houston/Clearlake. He has been a CPA since 1987 and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs.

Monica Quiñones, M.A., L.M.F.T.
Deputy Executive Officer/Chief Operations Officer
Monica Andrea Quiñones, M.A., M.F.T., joined ChildNet Youth and Family Services in 2000 as a clinician in what was then ChildNet's newest program - Behavioral Health Services (BHS). She became Director of BHS in 2008. And under her guidance, what was once a small outpatient children's mental health clinic is now ChildNet's largest program. Today, BHS provides services to more than 4,800 individuals each year. Early in her career as a clinician doing home visits in impoverished areas, Ms. Quiñones provided mental health services to clients from a variety of backgrounds, including mono-cultural and bicultural families, children and adults, adults with disabilities, pregnant and parenting teens, foster children, youth in special education classrooms, and much, much more. Since 1997, her career has covered a vast array of children's mental health including clinical practice, research, policy development, program development, program implementation and administration. In 2010, she was promoted to Vice President of Community-based Services. And in 2012, Ms. Quiñones was named Chief Operations Officer. In this capacity, she works closely with representatives from Kern, San Bernardino, Riverside, Los Angeles, and Orange counties on behalf of ChildNet's Foster Family Network. In addtion, she oversees Adoptions, Zinsmeyer Academy, Wraparound/Family Support Services as well as BHS. Ms. Quiñones earned her B.A. in Psychology from CSULB and her M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Chapman University. She is a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist.
